This is a short story about fashion and Augmented Reality mixed with a dose of inspiration from the relationship of great fashion design and the invisible quality of the material elevated to a creative mix describing the complexity of the AUVERSUM project. The idea behind it is to show the ultimate proof of nanotechnology and its extraordinary qualities in poetic expression in pattern and fashion design. These are enhanced by revealing virtual content seen in Augmented Reality through a smartphone. Our experiments test new grounds in fashion design and art  and are always based on true respect for sustainability, which needs to be the core of thinking in the fashion industry.
